ARE YOUR WORKERS ENGAGED?

Here’s food for thought for Asian companies: A recent study by Sibson Consulting found that only half of US workers are “engaged”, meaning they know what to do and when to do it. The cause, suggest the authors, is excessive focus on technology and cost containment. But there’s value in engaging employees: higher productivity.
